HRP occasionally hosts free webinars, where we discuss the role of creative expression in advancing human rights and the struggle for gender equality. Each session features incredible artists talking about their work and how they use their respective mediums to challenge, navigate and overcome gender based discrimination. D’Lo is a queer Tamil Sri L.A.nkan-American, political theatre artist/writer, director, comedian and music producer. D’Lo is also the creator of the “Coming Out, Coming Home” writing workshop series which have taken place with South Asian and/or Immigrant Queer Organizations nationally.

Jawole Willa Jo Zollar is an American dancer, teacher and choreographer of modern dance. She is the founder of the Urban Bush Women dance company. Jawole creates avant-garde dance-theater productions that speak from the black female perspective.
